To file a claim, we will need photos of the damage to your SideSwipe, your order number and date (less than 1 year ago), your mixer's model number and a completed warranty request form (below). Replacements are sent free only if you can provide proof of purchase. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for replacement to arrive.
