For even baking, use a cookie scoop to make balls, then flatten to the height of your mini chips. We also added some chopped chocolate, and you can add chopped walnuts or pecans if that suits your mood.
No refrigeration of dough required, so it's perfect if you have kids (or adults) who want their cookies fast!

Cooking times will vary with these cookies depending on how flat you get them. It's always best to do a test sample of 2-3 cookies first to see how much time the cookies will need. When done the cookies should be lightly golden on the bottom, not brown.
