Frut LLC is a small, family-run business located in central Ohio. The company was founded in 2006 to market SideSwipe. Frut’s mission is to provide simple yet innovative products to consumers at a value price. We strive to offer personal customer service in an automated age.

We answer all our emails as quickly as we can Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time (and on some weekends and evenings). Our email-based system allows us to answer your concerns promply and completely, without the frustration of hold times, voicemail, untrained service reps, and canned messages.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We recently discovered that our contact form was not functioning properly and did not deliver many customer emails to us. If you tried to contact us in the past and never received a response, we sincerely apologize. We are in the process of reworking our email system to better serve you.
While we reconstruct our system, please use the following instructions to contact us. You will receive an automated email letting you know your message was received. We will satisfy your request as soon as we can.
For requests regarding orders, ordering problems, returns, and technical support, please email us at

Privacy Issues
We promise never to share, distribute or sell your name, email address or personal information. We keep customer information in our database and use this information only to to fulfill the transactions that you initiate or customer service requests that you make. Credit card data is not retained in our system.
We may occasionally send promotional emails to customers. You will not receive them if you registered anonymously or unchecked the promotions box when you placed an order. If you receive unwanted communications from us, please email us to ask us to remove you from our mailing list or click the unsubscribe link that will be included with every promotional email.
